Wow. Never heard of that happening before.

It happened to me this past Jan or Feb. Contact Wizards. They may be able to do something for you.

Wizards has nothing to do with SWM anymore, so they won't do anything for you.

They took care of me in Jan/Feb which was well past the point they were done with the game. I know that we are several months past that but it could be worth ones time just to ask.

They gave me a Wookiee Hunter card when I wound up with mis-matched cards well after the game was out of print - so who knows!

Stopped by Target today to see if they'd gotten any more SWM, and they had...6 IE boosters. Meh. I still bought 3 of 'em to see if I'd get any more Mouse Droids or good trade fodder. I pulled Logray, Kyp, Palpatine, and 1 Mouse, so all in all, a good buy.

About a year or so ago, when the sales first started, I actually found a TFU booster at a Target with the unmistakable heft of a Felucian on Rancor!

ThumbsUp

I was at a non-Target store this weekend. Boosters weren't discounted, but they had a bunch of JA, Dark Times, Galaxy at War, and Masters of the Force... and a single booster for Revenge of the Sith! I almost bought it out of shock. Very odd to see it towering over the other boosters, all right-angle-ish...

I'm a new member and actually created and account here because of the minis I purchased from target. I'm primarily a heroclix player but I had always had some interest in playing SWM. Target's sale finally pushed me to buy boosters and attempt to start playing. Here is what I got from the targets around my area.

8'ish IE: 2x Palpatine on Throne, Vader lotf, Luke Rebel Comm, Logray, Thrawn, Lobot, Mouse Droid x4
9'ish GAW: 2x Whorm Loathsom, Admiral Yularen, Captain Argyus, Cad Bane, General Skywalker, and other rares
2 JA: Plagueis and Maul SA
4 LOTF: Cade Skywalker BH, Darth Nihl, Canderous Ordo x2
4 TFU: Vader's Apprentice Unleashed, Master Kota, Rebel on Tauntaun, and Ozzel

Overall I'm happy about finally starting a Star Wars Miniatures collection even though I wish I would have done so long ago.

Geez those are some amazing pulls! The chase VR of IE (Palps) AND 4 Mouse Droids, the chase VR of GaW (Cad Bane), two solid VRs from JA, the chase VR from Legacy (Cade), and one of two chase VRs from TFU (VAU). Jealous!

Dude...nice pulls. In '09 I had 4 mice after a case and prize supports from tournaments. It has taken me 2 years to accumulate 16 more. You are way ahead of that pace. Lots of VR's there.

Thanks. It seems I have more luck with SWM than with Heroclix as far as booster pulls go. And it all started with an impulse buy of a lone LOTF booster at the target across the street from my house. After that I was hooked.

Lol and I have that kind of luck with Heroclix pulls. In a tournament a couple of months ago, the Star Wars guy pulled the new Juggernaut. Shoulda seen all of the Heroclix guys thinking they could trade crap for him to me. I outwitted them all and they left perplexed.

Found 5 IE and 2 GaW yesterday. Pulled 4-5 VR but no Mouse Droid. It's sad that you don't get excited over pulling a Dash Rendar RS because the booster didn't have a Mouse Droid, lol.

One advantage of living in a big city like Los Angeles is access to multiple Target locations. I raided 3 different locations after work on Friday with a mixed bag of results.

Stop #1 landed me 4 boosters: 1 Jedi Academy and 3 Galaxy at War. I skipped on the 3-4 Imperial Entanglements that was there (i'm close enough to the set already). Found:

R Kyle Katarn, Combat Instructor
R Asajj Ventress, Strike Leader
R Captain Rex, 501st Commander
R Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jedi General

Not impressive, but at least it was only 4 packs.

Unduanted, the next store netted me 5 Galaxy at War boosters. Again, I chose not to get the 5 Imperial Entanglements packs available. These packs had:

R Asajj Ventress, Strike Leader
R Jedi Master Kit Fisto
R Jedi Master Kit Fisto
R Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jedi General
VR Hondo Ohnaka

Very frustrating in pulling so many duplicate R's! But at least there was 1 VR.

One last store this day. The one closest to me, so I had no reason not to stop in. This store only had a whole total of 6 packs. Wanting to make the trip worthwhile, I bought all 6, including 4 IE boosters.

This was the home run set of pulls:

VR Kol Skywalker
VR Master K'Krukhk
VR Dash Rendar, Renegade Smuggler
R Thrawn
VR Xizor
VR Xizor

I was really happy with the IE VR's I pulled. Those were the last two missing from my collection. And now I even have a spare Xizor.

One of the IE boosters had the top portion of one side torn open, so I was taking a total crapshoot that it hadn't been rifled through and the R/VR stolen from the pack. Turned out to be the pack with Dash Rendar in it!

I have 7 MORE Target stores in my immediate vicinity.

Now, should I also go back and sweep up the remaining IE boosters?

It's so hard for me to resist buying IE boosters even tho there are a bunch of crap rares. Mouse Droids and Palps make it so enticing. Must get to 20 Mouse Droids! lol

Last count I was at 66 boosters. Mostly IE, like 10 JA, 5 GaW, 1 CW and 1 LotF

22 VRs (exactly 1 of 3 in the end).

3 Xizor
1 Palp on potty
2 Vader
2 Luke
3 Reeikan
2 Dash RS
2 Master Kkruck
1 Kkruck
2 Naga Sadow
2 Dark Woman
1 Marr Tuuk
1 Hondo Onaka
1 Boba Merc

and 8 mouse droids
