a 'greater evade' that lets you also avoid any effects that happen when hit. It could be with save, or a save of 11 avoids the damage, a save of 16 avoids everything else.
And of course a commander that give people with evade 'greater evade'


(Side note: I don't know if this has been mentions, but I play with a couple of color blind guys and the symbol on the epic cards is difficult for them to see. If something could be done about that on future epic cards I know they would greatly appreciate it.)

Don't hold your breath. It is a lot tougher to implement than you think.

Agreed - that sounds pretty messy. You'd potentially need to specify all of the effects individually and how they were negated. A better approach would be to negate the hit entirely. If you're negating the damage and you're negating the effects, why would you still want to say they were hit at all?

Greater Evade: Before this character is attacked, the attack is considered a miss with a save of 11.

I'm not sure I like it even like that, but it's better than trying to avoid 'all effects', which is a rather vague term. Also, by having the save come after targeting but before the attacker's attack roll, you can potentially avoid some timing issues.

We have a lot of proxy characters maybe we need to start expansion of sub factions. New and interesting factions that can be made out of what we already have.
e.g. Characters whoes name contains Lord can beneift from SA & CE from character whoes name contains 'Lost Tribe of the Sith'
A Character whoes name contains 'Warrior/Hunter/Assasin/' etc

Personally I'd love to see something along the lines of 'Joiner' that I suggested for Killiks.
I know its not perfect, but that type ability on +40/+50 point piece is very limited as to what it can actually do in a 150/200 point game.

Obviously these are just ideas just to help get the juices flowing.

There are various hutts in the sw universe, each wiith their own cartels. These could be a way to boost sub factions but with more control. Just a thought.

A non-unique, but unique Hutt would be interesting... that is, a non-unique. But with a squad limit of 1. Basically, to represent a generic Hutt gangster.

I can't remember the Hutts' name from KOTOR 2...(Zordo maybe?) but he might be a good candidate for boosting a cartel of criminals, specifically Nar Shadda scum.

One per squad you say? How about the special ability "Territorial?" Good for highly protective gangsters or large predators in a hunting ground.

It seems likely that Vestara Khai is in the works. If she is, she should have the designator Lost Tribe so that she can gain synergy from any future Lost Tribe commander effects, etc.
