16/60
Seps
Asajj Ventress, Nightsister

HP 110
DEF 18
ATK +8
DAM 20

Unique
Melee
Niman style
Assassin
Bounty Hunter +2
Parry
Twin
Stable Footing

Force 4
Force Cloak
Force Grip
Master Speed

Seems good enough. Not sure that she'll make any big changes in the meta but good option for Seps. Master Speed plus Charging Fire will be nasty.

Throw her with Cad Bane, BH and see her dish 70 damage to a living enemy from 18 squares- I like this option :)

That is hard to do when some factions have way less then others. For instance one faction has only 3 characters while others have maybe 7-8. It just might be 6, but you get my point.

I assume your faction breakdown at http://www.swmgamers.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=71&t=16169&hilit=command+galaxy is correct? So 8 Imperials, 3 Sith etc?

Reposting last week's SHNN preview since it's not on the main list.
#4 Old Republic Rocket Jumper
17 points
50 hp, 16 def, +8 atk, 20 dam
double, ambush, bravado + 10, flight, recon

Were there any previews from this weekend's Regionals?

Breakdown is just guess work at the moment and is changed as and when new info comes out, Seps was changed just yesterday because Asajj Ventress is number 16, I had seps down to start at 18.

As for more even across the factions even if some only have 3 slots and others have 6 does not translate as having 2 or 3 previews of one faction before we get one of each.

Les posted these on swmgamers over the weekend - I don't know if anyone picked up his hint!:

Quote:
7 Tetan Shock Trooper
Cost 14

30 HP
16 DEF
+6 ATK
20 DMG

Double Attack
Brainwashed [If this character cannot make an attack from its starting space, it must end its move adjacent to an enemy if it can]
Mighty Swing [On its turn, if this character doesn't move, it gets +10 Damage against adjacent enemies]

24. Luke Skywalker, Hero of Endor
Cost 44

HP 110
DEF 21
ATK +14
DMG 20

Unique. Melee Attack
Double Attack; Twin Attack

Djem So Style [Whenever this character is hit by a melee attack, make a save of 11. On a success, this character can make an immediate attack against that attacker.]

Versatility [At the start of the skirmish, after set-up, you may replace this character with another character of an equal or lesser cost who counts as Luke Skywalker. The chosen replacement gains one of this character's other special abilities. If the replacement's cost is at least 5 less than this character's cost, he also gains this character's commander effect.]

Force 3. Force Renewal 1

Knight Speed [Force 1: Can move 4 extra squares on his turn as part of his move]

Lightsaber Assault [Force 1, replaces attacks: Make 2 attacks]

Lightsaber Defense [When hit by an attack, this character takes no damage with a save of 11]

Overwhelming Force [Force 1: This character's attacks can't be prevented or redirected this turn]

The Luke looks awesome, but I still wonder if it'll be Luke Rebel Commando a lot of the time since he's the movement breaker.

Absolutely love this. Great stats, good powers, a great solid looking Melee beat for Rebels. Very excited (and oddly enough I asked for him specifically by name and got my wish! ThumbsUp )

No CE though? His versatility still references a CE. And giving a lot of other Lukes Twin attack is a nice proposition

Giving Luke Rebel Commando twin is interesting - you get him with Crix and an injured Leia Commando, and he can drop 200 on something at the start of the round - only at +12s though, and there's no movement breaker to help set him up.

Also, does it mean Luke's Snowspeeder can gain Djem So? That seems weird. EDIT - oops - Snowspeeder and Landspeeder are more than 44 points, so that won't happen.

There is always K-3P0...but yeah without a way to boost to his attack he won't be super accurate (which as always been a problem for that Luke as an attacker...though giving him mettle with a Force Spirit may help, and the damage potential is great.)

And there is also the potential to make Luke, Legacy a double/twin/GMA accurate shooter though he too may have trouble hitting anything.

Hm - the Snowspeeder is 45 and new Luke is 44. What a strange coincidence. OMG BigGrin

Does he have a commander effect?

That Luke is very interesting. I'm hesitant to say great, though that's where my opinion may end up. Might we see a surge in the use of Obi Unleashed and/or Rebel Troop Cart? Also, Luke HPU might be worth 44 points with Twin and Pilot support. He is the only Luke other than RebCom that will be worth 44 points, IMHO.

If only Luke of Dagobah could get an Atk bonus. *sigh*

Sith - looks like #6-#8 is the Sith block, according to Les' breakdown.
